Dr. Ajmere completed his DNB in Gastroenterology from the prestigious Asian Institute of Gastroenterology, one of India’s leading centers for gastrointestinal sciences. His strong academic background includes MBBS from KIMS Karad, MD in General Medicine from Government Medical College, Aurangabad, and advanced gastroenterology training recognized by the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi.

He has specialized expertise in Therapeutic Endoscopy and Endo-Bariatrics, enabling him to perform advanced diagnostic and minimally invasive endoscopic procedures. His clinical focus includes the management of chronic liver disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, pancreatic disorders, IBS, IBD, and complex digestive diseases.

Dr. Ajmere has also contributed to medical education while serving as Assistant Professor at Dr. Vithalrao Vikhe Patil Foundation’s Medical College & Hospital, where he played an important role in training future medical professionals alongside providing patient care.

Through his extensive clinical experience and advanced training, Dr. Ajmere has successfully managed a large number of patients with liver and gastrointestinal conditions in the Ahmednagar region. His clinical interests include the management of sports injuries, joint disorders, fractures, ligament injuries, and joint replacement procedures.

With over 3 years of professional experience in Orthopaedics, Dr. Gaikwad is committed to providing effective and patient-focused care using modern surgical and non-surgical treatment approaches to restore mobility and improve quality of life.

He further advanced his medical training by earning MRCP (UK) from the Royal College of Physicians, London, a prestigious international qualification that reflects a high standard of clinical knowledge and medical expertise. Dr. Junagade also completed IDCCM (Indian Diploma in Critical Care Medicine) from Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital & Research Institute, Pune, gaining specialized training in intensive care and the management of critically ill patients.

With his strong academic background and specialized training in internal medicine and critical care, Dr. Junagade is experienced in treating a wide range of medical conditions and managing patients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced medical support. Dr. Sarawade specializes in Endourology and Laparoscopic Urology, focusing on minimally invasive procedures for the treatment of kidney stones, urinary tract disorders, prostate conditions, and other urological diseases. His expertise includes performing advanced endoscopic and laparoscopic surgeries that help patients recover faster with minimal complications.

With over 12 years of clinical experience, Dr. Sarawade has successfully treated numerous patients with complex urological conditions. He is dedicated to providing modern, safe, and patient-centered care, ensuring effective treatment and improved quality of life for his patients.

Dr. Maid specializes in coronary artery interventions and advanced cardiac procedures, including complex coronary angioplasty, intravascular imaging techniques such as IVUS and OCT, and physiological assessments like FFR, RFR, and iFR. He has expertise in treating calcified coronary lesions using advanced technologies such as rotational atherectomy, orbital atherectomy, and intravascular lithotripsy, as well as managing challenging bifurcation lesions.

His clinical expertise also includes pacemaker implantation, ASD/VSD/PDA device closures, cardiac catheterization studies, and peripheral arterial interventions, including peripheral and carotid angioplasty, IVC filter placement, and aortic stenting procedures. Dr. Maid is also experienced in managing cardiac emergencies such as acute heart attack, pulmonary embolism, and acute heart failure.

In addition to interventional procedures, he provides comprehensive cardiac diagnostic services, including ECG, advanced echocardiography (2D, 3D, transthoracic, transesophageal, strain imaging, and color Doppler), and treadmill testing (TMT).

Dr. Maid has achieved several milestones in his career, including performing over 10,000 coronary angiographies and more than 4,000 angioplasties, with over 1,000 primary angioplasties in emergency settings. He has also introduced several advanced cardiac procedures in the Ahilyanagar region, including the first alcohol septal ablation, OCT-guided left main bifurcation stenting, and rotational atherectomy for calcified nodules.

His expertise includes the management of complicated fractures, polytrauma cases, joint replacement surgeries, arthroscopic procedures, spine surgery, and arthritis treatment. He is also experienced in treating sports injuries, ligament injuries, and spine-related disorders, using modern techniques that help patients recover faster and regain mobility.
